Why should I consider being a delegate?
- Affect positive change within the NM National Guard.
- Learn, grow, and immerse yourself with the leaders of the organization.
- Build your personal and professional portfolio.
What is the ask?
- The board of directors (includes all 14 delegates/10 of which are needed for quorum) meets
virtually for approximately one hour four times a year for official business.
- Attend the state conference, pass information to your delegation and be an ambassador of the
association in everything you do.
- You will also need to serve on a committee which varies on the amount of time and effort, but
this is where you will spend more of your efforts and hone your skills.
